Advisor Mike (Mildred) Meyer- she helped me plan my courses at ºÚÁϳԹϾW and my transition to Northern Illinois University to get my BSN. She was actually a nurse!
How did your time at ºÚÁϳԹϾW impact your career or life path or your decision to work here?
When I was in the ADN program at ºÚÁϳԹϾW, I decided I wanted to come back and teach after I got my master’s degree in nursing. I came back to teach in 1988 and have been here ever since.

What advice would you give to current or future ºÚÁϳԹϾW students?
Never give up on your dreams, some just take longer than others.
